Why Northwest Evergreen Holdings Ltd.?
A non-profit agency who's mission to keep open a free to use chat site offers benifits that might not seem obvious at first. In September of 1999 the famous and historic chat site, WBS.net, was bought-out by Go.com and subsequently dismantled. For those loyal to WBS, this was a travisty that chatters bemoan over to this day. Since that time, offshoot chatsites of sorts of the old WBS chatters have come and gone. All of these passing sites had one thing in common, private ownership. This meant that if the owner or owners could no longer administer the site for whatever reason, the site was closed. The communities who depend upon these chat sites are often left to fend for themselves and find a new home. The goal of Northwest Evergreen Holdings is to keep a chat site of the WBS.net spirit open indefinately. We will not be bought or traded as our loyalty will always be to our users, first and formost. We want to be the one chat site you can count on to be there for you for all times.

Why Nomad's Tale?
We are all Nomads of the internet with a story or two to be told. We come to places like this seeking to find others with which to share our time and our thoughts. It is not about some whimsical fantasy story, but the lives of real people seeking a commuity with which they can share commonalities and meet those of similar minds. It is a place to offer a home away from home for those seeking companionship for a few hours. Here you may share with others your interests in a safe, community minded center.
